“Training with Extreme Fitness is one of the better decisions I have made to improve my strength and my overall health.
When I first started training with XFT 6 months ago, I did not realize how different and tough a workout session could be. Having had personal trainers in the past and working out in the gyms on my own, I thought I knew most of the routines.  But this was nothing like any routine I had known or done. Every time I thought I knew the routine, My trainer would switch things around to shock my body physically and mentally. In the end, I always had a great workout.
The XFT staff is very knowledgeable about health and is always looking to find new exercises and ideas. Besides using Military workouts, they would mix the sessions up by a variety of cardio exercises, scaling steep hills, rock wall climbing, etc. The workout sessions were always tough but once I was done, I felt GREAT!
I always looked forward to my training sessions.  No matter how I felt when I went to my workouts, I always had a great workout and left feeling great. “After two years of being in a major fitness slump, I found myself meeting with several different personal trainers.  I was trying to stay on a good healthy diet but all I did was go back to my unhealthy ways.  I just couldn’t find the motivation to keep it going and reach my goal.
I came across the Extreme Fitness website and was very intrigued by the training videos.
I was intimidated at first but after I contacted them I felt encouraged. A friend and I decided to try the Weekend Warrior Group Sessions. Wow!  It was absolutely the most challenging workout I ever had. I had never been pushed to my limits. At times I was faced with challenges I thought to be impossible.  Mentally, I truly felt as if I could not accomplish the challenges in my workouts.  I quickly learned that hesitation doesn’t make the challenge any smaller and completion was my only option. That’s where I got strength and motivation from my trainer.  He reminded me that the mind controls the body, not the other way around. 
After a few group workout’s I was focused and needed more!  I started private sessions and participating in the weekend races and rock climbing.  I was hooked and highly motivated to achieve more!  My entire life and routine has changed.  I went from unhealthy habits to eating healthy and running races.  I found myself training on days meant for rest and hitting the gym for my old weight routine.  The once difficult weight workout became a breeze as I added plate after plate in shock of my increased strength.  I am no longer going through a fitness slump.  I am ready to take on anything!”

“My name is Jack Glab, a client of Extreme Fitness Training as well as Extreme Fitness Nutrition.  I was fortunate enough to receive training from Extreme fitness during the summer of 2007.  At the start of the summer I had bad eating habits, I was clearly overweight, and I had a goal of getting in better shape.  Once I met with my trainer, she immediately came off as dedicated to her job, caring for her clients, and extremely optimistic about helping me meet my personal goals. Before I began my training, I clearly needed some help because I was at a very unhealthy state.
Once we began training, she gave me motivation and kept me very aware of my progress.  I felt very comfortable with my trainer and she was very eager to answer any of my questions and to make sure I train safely to avoid any unwanted injury.  I began seeing results within a couple weeks with my stamina, strength, and appearance.  She had a very professional attitude throughout her our training and I appreciated that.
My Nutrition Coach was extremely helpful with everything including giving me a step by step food plan in order to reduce my fatty food intake while eating healthier instead.  She also took the time to understand my lifestyle and to be on the same page as me as far what my goals were when it came to being fit.  She made sure I was eating healthy and wouldn’t let me let myself go even thought it was difficult to always eat healthy.
         I have been stunned by my progress and it substantially increased my self esteem while also improving my lifestyle. I am convinced that I received the best private trainer for anyone serious about physical fitness and she will provide her help to make that happen as effectively and efficiently as possible”
